The free plugin
The BackupScope plugin runs entirely on your own server. It sends no data to us or to any third party, and your backups never leave your server unless you download them. The only network request it makes is a check against your own website to confirm the backups folder is not publicly reachable.
This website and the waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email address so we can tell you when BackupScope Pro launches. We use it for nothing else, we do not sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe from any email or ask us to delete it at support@backupscope.pro. Emails are sent through our email provider (Resend).
BackupScope Pro (when available)
Pro will check its licence with this website. That check sends your licence key, your site address and version numbers of WordPress, PHP and the plugin. It never sends backup contents, file lists or database data. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Dodo Payments); we never see your card details.
